Basic Rules:
Well the first basic rule of this forum is to prevent spam from members of the board; therefore, we shall be promoting a spam free atmosphere through out the whole board apart from the few forums that we made exceptional. Which means you can ignore any Spam related rules in those forums. We have a strict policy for members who spread awful sharing material such as pornographic images, racial slurs, personal swears etc… Alongside these we will permanently ban any member who has three warnings and intends to share illegal software, movies, video games, etc… You may share freeware but it must be certified and genuine. Duel World takes no responsibility of the 3rd party software that one may share here, if it misleads, contains any viruses, in that case Duel World shall not be held responsible and the author must take full responsibility of any loss that is conducted by the download that they shared.
Warning System:
Any member found guilty of breaking any of the rules mentioned in here shall be given 1 warning. However, if he/she continues to abuse the rules, he/she shall recieve a second warning and also a 3-4 day ban. The first level of warning shall be cleared after 30 days, providing the member has not recieved a second warning. If a second warning has been given then the member shall have a 2 month waiting period before his/her warning level is dropped, but again if he/she violats any of the site rules then he/she shall be given a third warning and a 2 week ban. Remember, the site is always on a lookout for members who don’t have warning levels; they are always given priority in this matter. So always be careful not to violate any of the site rules, they are anyway very logical and are easy to follow.
Double Posting:
There shouldn't be any members that should need to double post unless it is needed or states so in the forum. A member caught double posting shall recieve a verbal warning which has no means of the warning system. This rule is not to be taken lightly as it is still a rule and a member will recieve an actual warning if they continue to double post after being warned verbaly by a member of staff.
Graphic Posting:
Our forum has youngsters on and any member found posting inappropriate images will be given a warning. If the image happens to be pornographic then the member shall be banned without warning.
Backseat Modding
BS Modding is spam. If you find a member breaking any rules intentionally please report it by Pming a staff member about the situation. Do not take the matter into your hands as you will be given a warning as it is spam.
Warnings/Punishments
1st Offense = Warning
2nd Offense = Warning 2 or a Ban; Ban = 2-4 days
3rd Offense = Ban = 2 weeks
4th Offense = Perminent Ban
After getting banned, you are no longer allowed to participate in tournaments or events/competitions until a staff member says so.
These are the rules they are not at all hard to follow so make sure you do follow them as you know the consequenses.
